Therapy, supported by whole-person care
Our work centres on psychotherapy: individual, couples, family, and trauma care with a Registered Psychotherapist or Social Worker. Alongside it, optional body-based and group support helps healing reach the mind, the body, and your relationships.
Individual Therapy
One-to-one support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and the seasons that ask more of you than you have to give.

Gentle, staged, body-based work for what talk therapy alone couldn't reach — because trauma lives in the nervous system.

Hands-on, body-based work that reaches what talk therapy can't — settling the nervous system and releasing tension the body has been holding. Optional, alongside your therapy.

Heart Opening Meditation
Join me for a Heart Opening guided meditation — to ground, recharge, and restore the connection to your well-being.
Life is increasingly chaotic and fast-paced, which can disconnect us from our body, our soul, and our heart. It is essential that we have time and space to slow down and call our energy back to ourselves. This evening carries a heart opening theme, with an inspired guided meditation including sound healing and, if needed, messages. The focus is always on reconnecting to our body-soul and grounding our nervous system — this is how we best achieve regulation in our very dysregulated world.
The Couples Intensive Weekend
Three months of weekly therapy — compressed into two transformative days, held in the same room.
A small-cohort immersive for couples alternating between guided work with your own partner and shared circle practices. This is the work of re-establishing real contact: being fully seen by your partner, and choosing each other again from there.
