Who We Are

A practice built around one belief.

We’re a team of Registered Psychotherapists and Social Workers in Aurora — but what brought us together is a conviction about what therapy is really for.

So many of us spend years quietly drifting from ourselves — adapting, coping, holding it together — until the person we started as is buried beneath the person we had to become. Therapy, done well, is the patient work of finding the way back.

We don’t stop at insight. Understanding why you do something is a beginning — but it isn’t the same as changing it. We work with the patterns themselves, and with all of you: the mind, the body, and the feelings underneath that were never given anywhere to go.

Trauma Therapy

Gentle, staged, body-based work for what talk therapy alone couldn't reach — because trauma lives in the nervous system.

Specialised Approaches EMDR & LENS Neurofeedback Two evidence-informed approaches offered within our psychotherapy, for trauma and a dysregulated nervous system. EMDR helps the brain reprocess distressing memories; LENS neurofeedback gently supports the nervous system to settle and self-regulate — often reaching what talk alone cannot.

Heart Opening Meditation

6:00pm – 7:00pm
Pay What You Can · $20 suggested

Join me for a Heart Opening guided meditation — to ground, recharge, and restore the connection to your well-being.

Life is increasingly chaotic and fast-paced, which can disconnect us from our body, our soul, and our heart. It is essential that we have time and space to slow down and call our energy back to ourselves. This evening carries a heart opening theme, with an inspired guided meditation including sound healing and, if needed, messages. The focus is always on reconnecting to our body-soul and grounding our nervous system — this is how we best achieve regulation in our very dysregulated world.
