How We Help

Therapy, supported by whole-person care

Our work centres on psychotherapy: individual, couples, family, and trauma care with a Registered Psychotherapist or Social Worker. Alongside it, optional body-based and group support helps healing reach the mind, the body, and your relationships.

Individual Therapy

One-to-one support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and the seasons that ask more of you than you have to give.

Explore Individual Therapy

Couples Therapy

Rebuild communication, trust, and closeness — with a therapist specialised in relationships, intimacy, and repair.

Explore Couples Therapy

Family Therapy

Ease conflict and find steadier ground together — through transitions, parenting strain, and the ruptures that need repair.

Explore Family Therapy

Trauma Therapy

Gentle, staged, body-based work for what talk therapy alone couldn't reach — because trauma lives in the nervous system.

Explore Trauma Therapy
The Body · Complementary Care

Somatic Bodywork

Hands-on, body-based work that reaches what talk therapy can't — settling the nervous system and releasing tension the body has been holding. Optional, alongside your therapy.

With Jodie Cara Lindley, RMT, SEP (Advanced). A wellness practice, offered alongside therapy.

Heart Opening Meditation

Sunday, August 9, 2026
6:00pm – 7:00pm
Pay What You Can · $20 suggested

Join me for a Heart Opening guided meditation — to ground, recharge, and restore the connection to your well-being.

Life is increasingly chaotic and fast-paced, which can disconnect us from our body, our soul, and our heart. It is essential that we have time and space to slow down and call our energy back to ourselves. This evening carries a heart opening theme, with an inspired guided meditation including sound healing and, if needed, messages. The focus is always on reconnecting to our body-soul and grounding our nervous system — this is how we best achieve regulation in our very dysregulated world.
