Eva Molawka
Eighteen years of integrative, body-informed care — for trauma, mood, and the long-held patterns that keep us stuck.
Eva Molawka is a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, and Co-Clinical Director offering integrative, body-informed therapy for adults, families, and adolescents. Eighteen years in practice have made her a steady presence for people carrying trauma, mood difficulties, and the weight of long-held patterns.
Master's-trained with a health-focused MSW, Eva has spent nearly two decades working across individuals, families, and groups — always toward people-centred care that actually holds. Her clinical range is wide: anxiety and depression, mood and personality difficulties, trauma and PTSD, childhood abuse, self-harm, relational struggles, communication and boundaries, anger and stress, grief, and the professional and life transitions that reshape a sense of self.
What distinguishes her work is the marriage of structured, evidence-based therapy with mindfulness and self-compassion. Eva draws on CBT, DBT, and emotion-focused work, grounded in attachment-based and trauma-informed care — and as a certified acudetox specialist, she uses auricular acupuncture to support nervous-system regulation alongside the talk-therapy work.
As Co-Clinical Director, Eva also helps shape clinical standards and supervision across the practice. In the room, her conviction is simple: given a non-judgmental, compassionate space to unpack what's happened and feel what's there on your own terms, real healing becomes possible — for mind, body, and self together.
Eighteen years of clinical depth — and a body-based edge.
Eighteen Years, Integrative Depth
Nearly two decades across trauma, mood disorders, and substance issues — with individuals, families, and adolescents. Eva weaves evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, EFT) with mindfulness and self-compassion, tailoring each piece to the person in front of her.
Acudetox & Nervous-System Support
Eva is a certified acudetox specialist trained in auricular acupuncture. For clients whose distress lives in the body as much as the mind, she pairs gentle ear-based acupuncture with talk therapy to support regulation — an offering rarely found in private practice.
Co-Clinical Director
Beyond her own caseload, Eva provides clinical oversight and supervision across the team. That means a senior clinician's range and steadiness brought to every client she sees — and a clear, grounded read on the work from session one.
Evidence-based and body-informed.
Eva believes the challenges we carry — whether from the past or the pressures of now — shape how we feel and function day to day. Her work pairs structured, research-supported methods with mindfulness and self-compassion, so the tools you build become a vehicle for genuine healing.
